UK Delivery Options

We want our customers to receive the most reliable and flexible delivery service available so we have teamed-up with DPD to offer a range of shipping options:

• Free next-working-day delivery¹ to mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland. Please allow an extra day for delivery to addresses in Northern Scotland.

• Delivery to Scottish Highlands takes 2-3 working days (charges apply).

• Delivery to UK Islands (e.g. Hebrides, Orkneys, Shetland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands etc.) will normally take 3-5 working days (charges apply).

• Upgrade your shipping to a Saturday delivery service¹ (Mainland England and Wales addresses only).

• Guaranteed same-day dispatch of in-stock orders if completed by the cut off time shown below.

• Next-working-day delivery¹ before 12.00 Noon is available for an extra charge (Mainland England and Wales addresses only). PLEASE NOTE - orders dispatched on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday² before 12.00. If Saturday delivery is required, choose the 'Saturday Delivery' option.

Order Day

Monday*: Same day dispatch if ordered before 1.00pm. Orders placed after 1.00pm will be dispatched on Tuesday

Tuesday: Same day dispatch if ordered before 1.00pm. Orders placed after 1.00pm will be dispatched on Wednesday

Wednesday: Same day dispatch if ordered before 1.00pm. Orders placed after 1.00pm will be dispatched on Thursday

Thursday: Same day dispatch if ordered before 1.00pm. Orders placed after 1.00pm will be dispatched on Friday

Friday: Same day dispatch if ordered before 1.00pm. Orders placed after 1.00pm will be dispatched on the following Monday*

Saturday: Orders placed on a Saturday will be dispatched on the following Monday*

Sunday: Orders placed on a Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday*

* except bank holidays, when dispatch will be on the next working day

If you require delivery on a Saturday, you can select one of the Saturday Delivery options. The order cut-off time for booking a Saturday delivery is 1.00pm on Friday. Saturday delivery will normally be made from 8.00am-6.00pm. DPD will confirm your delivery slot by SMS / email.

Delivery times are an estimate only and can suffer delays due to unforeseen circumstances affecting the delivery company's internal operations, third-party transport (e.g. ferries or aircraft being unable to operate) and weather conditions.

Order Tracking

You will receive SMS updates from DPD to keep you updated about your delivery (Please make sure you provide a mobile phone number).

You will receive a notification on the delivery day advising you of a 1-hour delivery slot.

We recommend using the DPD app to track your item, The DPD app can display real-time tracking of your delivery driver and predicted delivery time and you can amend any of the delivery details if required.
